Lazy G Films, based just outside Washington, D.C. in Greenbelt, Maryland, is an independent producer of award-winning historic documentaries.
Walter Pahnke and the Good Friday Experiment, currently in production, explores the life and work of the late Dr. Walter Pahnke, whose extraordinary 1962 Good Friday Experiment was the first scientific attempt to discover whether the active ingredient in a consciousness-altering species of mushroom could induce authentic mystical experiences. Recent studies at Baltimore's Johns Hopkins University are part of a renaissance of investigation into such mysterious substances.
Other Lazy G productions include On the Trail of Jack Thorp and Mary Surratt: Mystery Woman of the Lincoln Assassination.
